Wedding Book/Album with Bookmark & Greeting Card!

Make this elegant mini wedding book that will be cherished for a lifetime. This little piece could serve as the guest book or as a scrapbook to hold pictures. Either way, it is the perfect addition to a DIY style wedding. It comes with a coordinating bookmark and greeting card. While you are having fun crafting, learn an easy book binding technique. No need for a wedding set? Change the colors and turn the project into a birthday gift, or perhaps a travel journal set! This would also make a great sketch book for a youngster. Great for a stamp camp, or as a class project.

Some Simple Valentines for a Challenge!

Here's a Valentine card I made last week (and I did actually get them mailed out before Valentine's Day, I'm just posting a little late!). I wanted to make a little stack of quick Valentines cuz I was short on time, so I decided to use the Creating Pretty Cards Sketch Challenge to help with the layout!

And here it is:

It's a great layout that could be used with so many different images and punches!

And here is another one I made with a few extra embellishments (always Love to add a few extras, but not as easy to mail!).

It's not too late to join the Sketch Challenge, just hop on over to Craft Project Central! You might win a FREE tutorial!

Creation Station - Bloomin' Love!

Thanks for stopping by on the Creation Station's Blog Hop! If you're just starting the hop, Welcome! Our Blog Hop is focused on Valentines! And you'll be seeing a lot of the Bloomin' Love stamp set and the coordinating Bloomin' Heart Thinlits, as well as a lot of Glimmer!!

I used Kraft Cardstock to make this fun pocket card! I added a subtle (Kraft/Crumb Cake colored) patterned piece of designer paper from the Love Blossoms Designer Series Paper Stack, along with the fabulous Blushing Bride Glimmer Paper, for the background.

The beautiful Bloomin' Heart from the Thinlits can definitely stand alone... But I decided to add some Blushing Bride Glimmer flowers (from the Thinlits set) to add a little pop! And the Candy Dots made a sweet and simple flower center.

I tied Blushing Bride Cotton Ribbon around the card to keep it closed!

To make the card into a Pocket Card I started with a 5-1/2" x 12" Kraft Cardstock piece, and scored at 4" and 8". I made an angled cut on the third section to create the inside pocket. Then I added a 'slice' of Blushing Bride Glimmer to coordinate and the sweet "My Valentine" greeting!

The pocket is a nice size for a gift card, but big enough for a little treat too!

I hope you liked my Pocket Card!

Bunny in the Carrot Patch!

You’re invited…to join bunny…in the carrot patch!  These projects feature the Friends & Flowers Stamp Set and the coordinating Festive Flower Builder Punch to create the star of the show…the adorable bunny.  And what does the bunny love the most?  Carrots, of course!  Bright and fun Pumpkin Pie and Cucumber Crush Cardstock are scored and folded to create 3-D carrots…in two sizes!  Larger carrots are strung on Linen Thread to create a garland of carrots…and the smaller carrot perfectly adorns a Tiny Treat Box.  The bunny faced card is designed to serve for Easter greetings…or an invitation…and a colorful place card rounds out the project line up.
