Blooming Perpetual Calendar!

Create and hang this beautiful perpetual calendar to always keep track of what day it is. Easily update the calendar each month for years to come. Storage is provided right on the back of the frame for any extra pieces that aren’t used. So all the pieces you need are right there. Give this as a great gift for the new year with the coordinating card. This would be a wonderful class project!

This awesome project was made by Amanda Corbet, and you can get her tutorial when you subscribe to the month of January over at Craft Project Central.

Clear Case Project for Stamp Class!

This is the super fun and practical project we'll be making at stamp class this week! We'll use a Clear Stamp Case to hold a note pad, a pocket (for receipts, notes, whatever), a yearly calendar and a coordinating pen! I love this project!! And you'll use just one piece of Designer Series Paper to create all the parts. - Plus you'll get to choose which 2014-2016 color you want yours to be!

And here's the front cover - simple, but a great message to read everytime you reach for it! :) And I have a cool ribbon trick to hold the bow perfectly tight along the binding!

I hope to see you at class this week!

Perpetual Calendar & Anytime Notes

This Calendar will not only last a lifetime because it has every day, month and date possible, but also its Coaster Board construction makes it everlastingly durable! And the coolest part of making it is the cheapest, but most awesome alphabet ‘secret’ stamp set – and you can only find out about it when you get the tutorial! Plus you’ll get the directions to the everlasting Note Card Box and twenty Anytime Notes.  You’ll want to make several of these to give away as gifts!

A Twitterpated Calendar for Friday!

Here's the project we'll be making at class this Friday! I got the idea from Kay Kalthoff. But, of course, I changed up the papers and the colors - and all the goods to incorporate our latest Occasions Mini Catalog stuff! It's a combination of an Easel Card, and a custom-made drawer (that fits exactly under the base of the Easel Card)! - Super cool, huh?

Here's a better look at the piece that holds the easel in place. I like the saying for a nice everyday reminder! And I tried to match up some flowers to replicate the pattern in the Twitterpatted papers from the above section - and added a little Rhinestone bling!

Here's a better look at the Easel Card top part of the project. (And it's a little truer color - the top picture was a bit dim looking!) I really like how the Twitterpated Papers bring all the colors together! And, of course, it has just the right amount of Baja Breeze in it :) So I had to use the Baja Seam Binding to top it all off!

I hope to see you at class this Friday!
