Let the Fringe Begin!

Perhaps you’ve looked at Stampin’ Up!’s Fringe Scissors and wondered what—besides paper grass—you can create with them.  This tutorial will show you how to create a closed-loop bow, an open fringe bow, a fun fringe card, and twisted fringe trim for cards, scrapbook pages, gifts, and other projects.
