Origami Fold Box for this Week's Classes!

This is the Origami Folded Box we'll be making at stamp classes this week! I saw the idea on Stampin' Connection, and then again at Convention! I LOVE the idea - it's super fabulous that you use just one sheet of 12" x 12" Designer Paper!!!

And the sweetest part - a little box inside to fill with treats! LOVE it!!

Hope to see you this week at class!

Yummy Bread & Jelly Gifts

Summertime means lots of in season garden goodies like, rhubarb, zucchini, green beans and strawberries!  It’s fun to share with these summertime goodies with neighbors, friends and family.  Giving these gifts in pretty packaging makes them almost too good to eat!  This project includes packaging for these goodies as well as recipes wrapped up in a pretty sack, too!

Back from Covention!

Back from Convention - another awesome Stampin' Up! Event!! So this was one of the cards that I swapped. I used the newest Polymer stamp set - and I LOVE it! It's called Settin' Sail. It's the first polymer set I've used (I did buy one of the first ones that came out a while ago, but haven't used it yet).

And one of my favorite parts of the card is new burlap ribbon. It will be available in the new holiday catalog - starting August 1st.

I'll be back to share more about Convention - swaps and more... Check back soon!

Dry Erase Memo Board

This beautiful picture is really a memo board to help you organize your week. You can write on the glass with a dry erase marker. There is even a corkboard with a notepad at the bottom. Keep it for yourself or give it as gift with the matching card. You will be surprised at how easy this is to create!

Card File Box Set

This card file box is great for keeping your cards organized.  The project includes eight cards with envelopes, but more can be put in the box.  There are also four dividers inside to help keep your cards filed by type.  This box would also work great as a recipe file box.  Make one as a gift and one for yourself!

Happy Birthday, Mom!

Today is my mom's Happy Birthday. Even though we celebrated on Sunday, I will be missing her today. I'm off to Convention in Salt Lake City, and wish she was coming too! I will definitely be thinking of her though.

This is the card I made her to go with the gift I got her.

I found a tutorial for this super cute bow from Sharon Burkert. I love it!! And Rich Razzleberry is a color that makes me think of my mom - that's why I chose it for her card.

Happy Birthday, Mom!

Gift Box Organizers

The new Tag a Bag gift boxes are great for gifts and treats but are so versatile that you can use them for many other things!  For this project the gift boxes are turned into organizational boxes to organize your Baker’s Twine and/or Washi Tape!  This project is a great class project as well!  Everyone will want to fill their boxes with new Twines and Tapes!

Mini Travel Album & Suitcase

A mini travel album is the perfect way to save photos and memorabilia from a special trip and to keep special notes and give a written account of the events about the trip!  There is plenty of space for photos and journaling in this mini album, and there are pockets to hold memorabilia.  One thing that’s needed for ever trip is a suitcase, and this mini travel album has its own suitcase cover, which would be a perfect way to present the album to someone who is getting ready to take a special trip.  Several of these suitcases could be placed on a shelf and there’s plenty of space on the closed end of the cover to attach an identifying label!

Happy 4th of July!

This is a card we made at my stamp classes last week - So fun for a 4th of July card!! I was inspired by a sneak peek of a picture HERE I had seen on Dawn Olchefke's blog a while back. Then when I recently saw her full card posted HERE, I realized how different my interpretation was! Funny, how we can see just a part and complete it so differently in our own way!

I didn't even waste the little punched out stars - they made a cute accent for the inside of the card!

Hope you have a safe and Happy 4th of July!
