Papaya Collage Gift Set!

This sweet gift set makes a pretty birthday presentation!  The uniquely made hinged gift box is perfect for holding a small treasure or candy treat.  The gift card slider is a super simple, but elegantly coordinated way to present a gift card.  The pretty Papaya Collage birthday card brings the set all together!

Here's a picture of the hinged box opened up!  I made it so it's from just one piece of card stock - and the lid is still attached.  And it fits SIX Ghiradelli squares just perfectly!  But my MOST favorite part of the whole project is the Natural Composition Specialty Designer Papers - "LOVE... them!!"  They are a card stock weight paper - and Absolutely just awesome!

And here's the gift card slider with the inside pulled out!  I like how the gift card is a perfect fit on the tag!!

If you want more info about the tutorial for all this - and Yes! it was made by ME!!, but you can get more scoop over at Craft Project Central!

Quick Thank You!

This quick thank you card was one of a set of twenty that I whipped up in about twenty minutes!  My daughter asked me to make her some thank yous that she could mail out, and she just wanted a 'thank you' stamped on a blank card.  Well, I couldn't do it that plain, but adding just a strip of Primrose Petals card stock and a piece of the Patio Party paper helped give the card a little personality. - Super quick and easy too!

Even More Graduations!

So here's a graduation card I made for a friend to give.  It's very similar to the card I made HERE (and you can find the tutorial there for the graduation cap).

Since the school colors weren't very girly, but the card was for a girl, I decided to use the scallop circle for the background of the graduation cap.  And this time I used the Curly Cute set for the congratulations!  Other than that, it was a CAS of my own card!

I love it when you can make a great card without having to re-create a whole new layout!

One Crazy Anniversary!

It was my husband and my anniversary about a week ago, and it was a crazy day!  It was the Saturday before we had my daughter's college graduation party, and we were busy getting things all planned and ready for her celebration.  So neither of us were really thinking about our anniversary.  So on Saturday morning, my daughter was the first to tell me happy anniversary - and I did an "Oh ya!!"  So I quickly made this card for my hubby before he got home from his work out at the gym!

I found the card idea on Stampin' Connection - and I really like the quick layout!  The three punched hearts were so easy, and just kept the colors simple with red, white and black!

So when I gave it to him, he did an "Oh sh... it's our anniversary!?"  I wasn't mad though, we were both so busy with the grad party!  Plus, as you read this, we're on vacation in Italy so it's all good now!  And honestly, my hubby is the best on remembering birthdays and holidays, and a great gift-giver!!  So no bad feelings here!!

This pretty little album can hold up to 76 different sized photos!  There is space for twenty four 4"x 6"  or smaller photos, twenty eight 5" x 7" or smaller photos, and twenty four 3-1/2" x 5-1/2" or smaller photos.  Inside the sturdy cover are 12 pages.  Each page has pockets where photos and journaling can be added!
