Last week was the third class for the Big Shot dies. We made projects using the Birds & Blooms Sizzlets. I love those little dies, but they aren't exactly my idea of perfect Thanksgiving and Christmas type pieces! They seemed to work out though! The bird made a nice Christmas "dove," and using coordinating the Autumn Vine designer series papers with the "blooms" dies, they seemed to come together for a nice fall project! Kinda cool how you can make anything work just by using the right colors and accessories - call it Art!! Anyway, I had gotten these tins from an online store, and the little candies are Hershey's nuggets. Then I wrapped a 1" x 3" piece of designer series paper around each nugget to coordinate it with the rest of the tin decor! The stamped saying is from Best Yet, a Level 1 Hostess set.Hope you have a great Thanksgiving!
